1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between phi99 ("phi99", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") and you, the individual user ("you", "your", "User", "Player"), and govern the entirety of your relationship with the phi99 platform accessible at phi99.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and service channels.

This Agreement incorporates by reference the phi99 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform from time to time. Age Verification

phi99 conducts age verification at the point of registration. You may be required to submit a government-issued identification document — such as a Philippine national ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card — to confirm your identity and date of birth. phi99 reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold any pending withdrawals pending completion of age and identity verification. Any funds deposited on an account that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 21 or older will be returned to the originating payment method, less any transaction costs incurred, and the account will be permanently closed.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

phi99 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are published in the phi99 cashier section, which may be updated from time to time without prior notice. All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity; deposits made solely to exploit bonus terms or for money laundering purposes are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

phi99 only accepts deposits from payment methods that are registered in your own name. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to completion of any active bonus wagering requirements. phi99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Requests that cannot be verified will be held pending resolution and may be returned to the depositing payment method if verification is not completed within thirty (30) days.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the phi99 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phi99 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency bank transfers, or anonymous payment methods. Any currency conversion required to process a transaction will be conducted at the rate applied by the relevant financial institution and may include conversion fees beyond phi99's control.

5. Gameplay & Betting Rules

5.1 Game Availability

phi99 defines bonus abuse as any strategy, pattern of play, or coordinated behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. This includes, but is not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, collusion with other players to meet wagering thresholds, and systematic exploitation of free bet or free spin promotions across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, phi99 reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses and associated winnings and to close the involved accounts without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the phi99 platform:

phi99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending or following investigation, without prior notice and without liability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phi99 platform — including but not limited to the phi99 brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, images, and audio — is owned by or licensed to phi99 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in phi99's intellectual property beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phi99 content without the prior written consent of phi99. Unauthorised use of phi99 intellectual property may result in legal action.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by phi99

phi99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; failure to complete identity verification; regulatory requirements; or any other reason that phi99, in its reasonable discretion, deems necessary to protect the platform, other players, or the Company's legal obligations.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by you, phi99 will return any verified balance in your account to your registered withdrawal method after deducting any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements that have not been met.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your phi99 account at any time by contacting phi99 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14. Amendments to These Terms
